Welcome to SK Sportswear. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the services we offer, including apparel manufacturing, custom production, and bulk order solutions. By accessing or purchasing through our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Order Placement

All orders must be confirmed via email or an official purchase agreement.
Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply depending on the product category.
Custom design specifications must be shared before production begins.
Once an order enters production, changes cannot be made.

2. Pricing & Payments

Prices are quoted based on quantity, fabric type, customization, and delivery timeline.
All payments must be made via the methods specified in the invoice.
Production begins only after an advance payment or as per the agreed payment structure.
Late payments may result in delays or order cancellation.

3. Sampling

Samples can be provided upon request. Sample charges and shipping fees apply.
Lead time for samples is generally 5–10 business days.
Bulk production begins only after sample approval.

4. Production & Lead Time

Standard production timelines range from 2–6 weeks, depending on the complexity and volume.
Lead times may vary during peak seasons or due to raw material availability.
SK Sportswear is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect specifications, delayed approvals, or logistics disruptions.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver worldwide through trusted logistics partners.
Freight charges are calculated based on order volume and destination.
Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared with the client.
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Returns & Claims

As products are custom-made or bulk-manufactured, returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Any claim related to damage, defect, or incorrect delivery must be reported within 5 days of receiving the shipment, along with visual proof.
After review, we may offer a replacement or partial refund where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, brand elements, and custom designs provided by the client remain their intellectual property.
SK Sportswear reserves the right to display samples of completed work unless a confidentiality agreement is signed.

8. Limitation of Liability

SK Sportswear is not liable for any indirect loss, including missed business opportunities or profit due to delays, damage, or defects.
Our liability is limited to the value of the affected goods.

9. Website Usage

Users must not misuse the website by introducing viruses or malicious code.
